Dr. SEYED ALI HEIDARI is a member of the Executive Board & Financial & International Deputy in BANK OF INDUSTRY & MINE (BIM.IR). Prior to this, he served in different capacities like, Financial Affairs Manager, Chief of Credit Assessment Dept., Financial Expert of Appraisal Department of the BIM.
Some of his notable accomplishments during his stint with the BIM include:
* He has done several feasibility study reports of investment projects that led to assist in the establishment or development of feasible and entrepreneurial economic projects in different regions of country.
* Guiding a lot of client’s validation reports leading to the establishment of several new cooperation models for the inclusive manufacturing and mining units for the use of bank credit services including working capital, LCs and guarantees.
*Designed the integrated economic projects risk assessment of BIM for the bank’s credit agents as one of the important and effective parts of feasibility study reports for investment projects.
* Secretary of the Asset-Liability Committee (ALCO) for optimal management of resources and liquidity of the bank.
Dr. Heidari has the following expertise in the field of writing, research and academic activities over the years: He was selected as Chief Research of the Bank of Industry & Mine by the Monetary & Banking Research Institute of Central Bank of Iran; University lecturer on banking & monetary subjects; Lecturer of feasibility study reports and principles in cooperation with training departments of different Iranian banks and other financial institutions; teach COMFAR software in Iranian banks and different organizations. Dr. Heidari recently published the following papers: (1) Extraction of clients financial behavioral model in Iranian developmental banks using multi-group modeling technique”; (2) “Role of developmental banks in water fresher projects financing in country”; (3) “Small and medium industries banking mechanism and its modeling in Iran”; (4) “A review on successful methods of developmental banking in developed and developing countries”.

Ms. Divina Gracia Santos is Director of ASKI Group of Companies and Vice President for Operations of ASKI Management Group, Philippine, responsible for HR, Admin, Corporate Planning and Research.
Her field of specialization includes Human Resource Development & Counseling for Micro-finance institutions, development and crafting of job description, training & events management, training design and module development, performance management system, organizational review, cooperative training, customer relations, design and development of staff incentive schemes for micro finance institutions.
Ms. Santos developed systems and policies for the HR Department of ASKI and crafted manuals, performance management system and code of discipline for personnel of microfinance institutions (MFIs). She was part of the key officers who crafted the establishment and registration of ASKI Skills and Knowledge Institute of the ASKI group.
Ms. Santos holds a master’s degree major in Sociology (Meritus Award) and some units of post graduate studies at the College of Immaculate Conception. She is happily married with 2 children.

“Khalil Al Harthy is an accomplished executive and board member with over 25 years of experience leading operations, strategy, and business development initiatives across the banking, insurance, and financial services industries.
Currently, Khalil serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Credit Oman S.A.O.C, Oman's official Export Credit Agency, where he has led the development and launch of new products and achieved significant revenue growth.
Previously, he held various leadership roles at Al Ahlia Insurance looking after various functions like Retail, Compliance, Legal, IT, and HR. During his tenure he expanded the company's branch network from 7 to 24 locations.
Khalil also has central bank experience managing multi-billion dollar fixed income portfolios at the Central Bank of Oman.He holds a Bachelor's in Finance and double minors in MIS and Management from the University of New Orleans. Khalil has also completed banking, insurance, and compliance qualifications including becoming a Fellow of the International Compliance Association (UK).
Currently, he serves on the boards of multiple companies including Takaful Oman and Al Batinah Power. Khalil contributes his expertise in strategy, operations, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.

Enrique is a Certified Sustainability Assurance Practitioner (Accountability 1000) and a Certified Professional Association Executive. He is currently the Secretary-General of the Association of Development Financing Institutions in Asia and the Pacific (ADFIAP).
He has worked with Sustainability Strategics in some of its SR projects in the Philippines and Asian Development Bank as a project consultant. Enrique has over 2 decades of working as an ESG Specialist in select ADFIAP members in the Asia Pacific region and helps promote the integration of ESG standards to increase financing for environmentally sustainable, socially responsible/inclusive, and climate-friendly/projects. Collaborates with various development partners such as public and private sector stakeholders, donors, and multilateral/international financing institutions on increasing awareness and understanding of ESG approaches and practices, in lending and investment operations, sustainable and green finance initiatives, opportunities, and resources. Acts as a resource person and delivered training/webinar modules with a focus on sustainability management and reporting.
Enrique holds a Graduate Degree in Business Administration from De La Salle University and a Graduate Degree in Educational Technology from Concordia College Graduate School.

Shri Goverdhan S. Rawat is DMD designate in NABARD.In his previous role, he served as Chief General Manager, Pune, Maharashtra RO, NABARD. He has around three decades of experience in working with the apex development bank in Project Appraisal, Infrastructure Financing, District Credit Planning, Rural Development, Consulting Services, Board Secretaries and HR.
He joined NABARD as an officer on September 21, 1992 and served in different capacities in Jammu & Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Maharashtra and the NABARD Head Office located in Mumbai. He had a stint as Faculty Member in Bankers Institute of Rural Development (BIRD) and National Bank Staff College, Lucknow. He has served as Nominee Director on the Boards of Pithoragarh Khetriya Gramin Bank, AFC India Limited and NABSAMRUDDHI Finance Limited, a subsidiary of NABARD.
Shri Rawat is a Graduate in Agriculture & Animal Husbandry, CAIIB, and Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance. He also holds an MBA degree in Leadership and Strategy.
